The house Casa d’Auleira, a typical Minho building from the 19th century, is located at Alvarinha in the parish of Grovelas, Ponte da Barca County – District of Viana do Castelo, in one of the most untouched regions of the Lima Valley, surrounded by a magnificent landscape and traditional farming land, right in the heart of the Parque Nacional Peneda-Gerês, recently elected as one of the 7 Natural Wonders of Portugal.
Integrated as a Rural Tourism unit, it is a country house with 8 double rooms, with private bathroom, LCD television, complemented with a private parking lot and a 77m2 open air swimming-pool surrounded by lawn with supporting facilities, totally fitted into the landscape and with a great solar exposure. You can also organize conference or events at the house’s open space ale, with the dining room and reading ale. The landscape is an immense green, full of vineyards and typical small farming lots, having the constant presence of water courses, releasing music into its rural tonality of a plenty forest.
